No. The 14-day trial includes all core features and needs no payment details. You only add a card if you choose a plan.
Your workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan. You can still view your records, and owners and administrators can export them. Choose a plan and you carry on where you left off.
Everyone with an active staff record in your workspace. Archived staff are not counted.
Archive them. Their leave and work history stays in Workframe, and they stop counting as an active staff member from your next renewal.
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your workspace settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part periods.
No. Prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. We add VAT where the law requires it.
All prices and invoices are in pounds sterling. Your bank may charge for currency conversion.
Annual plans cost the same as ten months on a monthly plan, so you get about two months free. They also have no £9 minimum.
We delete it within 90 days of the trial ending, unless you subscribe before then. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
