Billing is handled through Stripe-hosted checkout and account tools. Workframe does not store card details.
Where your data is stored
Workframe runs on Cloudflare. Your records are stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database on AWS in the United States (Ohio). Transfers from the UK and EU are covered by recognised safeguards, listed on our Subprocessors page.
